7 Warm-Ups for Pickleball

here are seven warm-ups for pickleball

that you can do in less than seven

minutes number one side shuffles hinge

at your hips and move across the court

increasing speed as you get warm two

jogging you can go up and down the court

and even add backwards blocking or

jogging to warm up your shins three arm

swings these can be done in place or

while shuffling four lunges you can do

these in place walking or even laterally

like you would getting to a dink 5.

shoulder shrugs we're typically tense

after sitting all day so loosen up a bit

six hamstring stretches I like to do

these with some steps in between seven

high knees these get the heart rate up

and feel free to add in some butt kicks
