if you're playing pickleball here are

two exercises you can do to warm up so

that you won't get injured all you need

is one heavier band and one lighter band

you're gonna take this lighter band

right around your knees you can bring it

hydrant 10 to 15 reps on each side

standing on one leg hinge of the hip and
