let those dogs out H this is called Toe

yoga first you'll lift just your big toe

keeping the other toes planted on the

ground do this for 30 seconds second

you'll keep your big toe planted and

lift up all the other toes do this for

30 seconds try for 3 minutes on each

side and you can do this anywhere you

want
